Returns & Exchanges

🌿 RETURNS:
All of my creations are made to order, so please note that returns are not accepted.
My store also features unique creations that are labeled as one of a kind, and I do not accept returns on these items as well.

🌿 DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you received a damaged item in the mail, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the package.

I will need the following:
     🪴 Pictures of the damaged box or envelope
     🪴 Pictures of the damaged items

Please do NOT try to repair or alter the item in any way before taking the picture!
It's important for me to see the damage just the way you received it.

🌿 EXCHANGES:
Exchanges MUST be made within 24 hours following the purchase.

🌿 NO EXCHANGES IF:
     🪴 It has been longer than 24 hours.
     🪴 Your order has shipped.
     🪴 Your order has been successfully received by you or the individual(s) for whom it was purchased.
